How it works…
Aiden’s Kitchen is my space for creating and sharing my food. I’ll be having monthly releases of food to go and special dining events. I’m also excited for some guest chef colabs. Sign up for my email list to be notified of upcoming events.
Why…
I take a lot of pride in cooking and I really enjoy it. For my Bar Mitzvah project I decided to create recipes and sell my food in order to donate the profits to FIDF After the Shiva program. After the Shiva pairs FIDF donors in the United States with bereaved IDF families in Israel to offer emotional and financial support.
I am honored to support the family of Yedidiah Raziel who lost his life protecting his entire community in Kibbutz Kerem Shalom. Yedidiah and the Kerem Shalom Emergency Response team were able to eliminate two squads of terrorists that entered the kibbutz. Thanks to their heroism the terrorists were unable to harm or take hostage any of the members of the kibbutz. Yedidiah and his partner, Amichai, were killed protecting their community. He leaves behind his wife Shira and their children Tzuri, Tair, and Hadar.

Aiden Danialifar is twelve years old and lives in Los Angeles, California. He is a seventh grade student at Sinai Akiba Academy. Aiden has loved cooking from a young age. Having food allergies has encouraged Aiden’s creativity in the kitchen as he had to find ways to adjust recipes to accommodate his allergies. He loves trying new foods. He also loves playing sports, especially basketball.
